Everything about this experience exceeded my expectations. The online scheduling and appointment status communications were excellent. The people at the Locust street location were great to work with and did a wonderful job replacing my rear window.

Technician was very polite and courteous when calling to let me know time that he would be here. When finished with the job he went over all the safety and how to care for the new windshield. I was very pleased with the installation and follow up.

Good work in a timely manner - Technician on site was friendly professional and careful about his work. The process of buying the window however wasn't the best - after many pages of questions answers etc and personal information shared final page they put in a $40 up charge to recycle the glass - Asked our local recycling center and they were fine with auto glass at no charge - so the fee seemed shady.
